The first thing to do if you are able to, is try to make the order from another browser as the settings may differ.
Here is a guide to check your browser settings:
- Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.
- Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab, move the slider to the level of privacy that you want to set, and then click OK. Medium should enable this site to work correctly.
- Go to Settings
- Show advanced settings
- Click on Content Settings
- Under Cookies make sure Allow local data to be set (recommended) option is checked.
- Go to Options
- Under the tab Privacy
- Select Firefox will Remember History.
- Or select Use custom settings and make sure Accept Cookies from sites is selected.
